Notice of Copyright Infringement:

APK Hubster respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide us with the following information:

Counter-Notice:

If you believe that your content has been removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to us. The counter-notice must contain the following:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.

2. Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.

3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

4. Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email address.

5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which APK Hubster may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification or an agent of that person.

Procedure:

1. We will promptly acknowledge receipt of your notification or counter-notice.

2. We will investigate the matter and take appropriate action.

3. If we determine that the material is infringing, we will remove or disable access to the material.

4. If we determine that the material is not infringing, we will restore access to the material.

Repeat Infringers:

APK Hubster may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

Limitation of Liability:

APK Hubster reserves the right to limit access to our services or terminate the accounts of users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
